Frequently asked questions
We ship world-wide with a flat-rate delivery fee of $15 SGD within Singapore and United Arab Emirates and $35 SGD outside of Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
For orders in Singapore and United Arab Emirates, please allow 1-5 working days for parcels to arrive.
For orders to Asia Pacific, Middle Eastern and Western Europe please allow up to 7-14 working days for parcels to arrive.
For the rest of the world, please allow up to 10-20 working days.
For estimated international delivery times, you can visit our courier’s website that will be sent to you via email upon your order.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to custom fees and import duties upon arrival to your country. These charges are determined by the customs office in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover or reimburse any custom fees, duties or taxes.
At Liyela, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange items within 7 days from the date your parcel arrives.
To initiate a return or exchange, it is crucial to contact us via email, providing a valid reason for the return. Additionally, you must attach your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we only accept returns if the items are in their original condition, unworn or unused, and with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your return or exchange as promptly as possible.
Items will not be refunded due to change of mind or sizing, however we will provide an exchange.
Please note we will not be responsible for any return/exchange shipping fees. Postage fee is not included in refund.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
